PrismDesk is proprietary software licensed under the PrismDesk End User
License Agreement (EULA.txt). It incorporates the third-party components
listed below. Each component is provided under its own license, reproduced
here as required by that license.

Nothing in the PrismDesk EULA limits or modifies the rights, permissions or
disclaimers granted by these licenses for the respective components. Where
the PrismDesk EULA and a license below conflict, the license below prevails
for that component.

The PrismDesk Android client is a separate program and ships its own notices
(THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES_ANDROID.txt).

Three headers are used: nvEncodeAPI.h (NVENC), and nvcuvid.h and
cuviddec.h (NVDEC). PrismDesk calls the NVIDIA encoder and decoder at
runtime through them. No NVIDIA library or sample code is distributed with
PrismDesk; nvEncodeAPI64.dll and nvcuvid.dll are part of the NVIDIA display
driver already installed on the user's computer.

These headers come from the NVIDIA Video Codec SDK itself, not from the
FFmpeg/nv-codec-headers mirror: that project carries a different version of
nvEncodeAPI.h and does not carry nvcuvid.h or cuviddec.h at all.
